In recent years, Well-being has evolved from a momentary trend into a global educational goal. UNESCO has placed Well-being at the heart of its Education 2030 agenda, aligning with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals — particularly SDG 3 on health and well-being, and SDG 4 on inclusive, equitable, and quality education and lifelong learning for all. Likewise, the OECD’s Education 2030 framework affirms that the purpose of education is not solely about academic knowledge, but also about nurturing the competencies needed for a good life — including self-care, empathy, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the community.
At Wellspring, we are not only keeping pace with the world — we are walking this journey with depth and a distinctive identity.
In the 2024–2025 school year, the WISers community came together to sow the seeds of Well-being, learning to Connect – Learn – Grow – Share – and Care. Through these efforts, we cultivated a happy school where students are nurtured with love, capacity, autonomy, and a strong sense of community.
As we enter the 2025–2026 school year, our Well-being journey continues at a deeper level, guided by the message: Happy WISers: Being Well-Being Me. This is a time for every WISer to slow down, listen, and connect more deeply with themselves — to care for their body, mind, and spirit holistically, and become the best version of themselves. When each individual lives mindfully, with kindness and connection, our children not only grow up happier, but also help shape a compassionate, responsible, and united community.
